Description
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for talent acquisition • Build relationships with candidates and clinic partners • Execute targeted sourcing and recruitment strategies • Collaborate with Clinic Success and Sales teams for hiring needs • Develop creative recruiting campaigns and sourcing ideas • Schedule interviews and track candidates' progress
Requirements
• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Experience passively sourcing candidates through various channels • Comfortable interviewing clinicians on screen • Experience with Greenhouse ATS, Gem and G-Suite/Google Workspace • Experience hiring LCSWs, LPCs, PMHNPs, Psychiatrists, and behavioral-health / value-based care roles
