Description
• Join the Creative Team to design a range of creative assets across various channels • Responsible for creating designs for website, packaging, emails, and social media • Create best-in-class paid static and animated ads for Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest • Manage projects from concept to delivery, refine drafts, and generate creative concepts • Collaborate with teams to ensure ad creative aligns with brand identity • Oversee junior designers on the performance marketing team
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in fields related to graphic design • 3+ years of experience in direct to consumer companies; prior experience as a mid-level designer • A digital portfolio of past work • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Exceptionally skilled in image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, form, and color theory • Highly organized, and able to multitask • Effective in time management, working on multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality brand standards • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where workflows change and move rapidly • Proactive and highly motivated team player • Exceptional communication skills
