Description
• Conduct 150-200 quality outreaches weekly • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers, etc. to build world class organizations; be a strategic thought partner • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to build world class teams and continuously improving the recruitment process and candidate experience • Set up, monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize processes and improve outcomes
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field • 2+ years of in house sourcing experience at fast growth startups/early-mid stage companies • 2+ years of experience of agency recruiting experience • Proven track record of successfully hiring for junior to leadership-level positions • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment channels and tools • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail • Global hiring experience is a huge plus
