• Director of Delivery Operations will report to and work directly with Quisitive’s Customer Excellence Executive VP • This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and leadership experience in delivery operations management within a consulting or technology services environment, preferably Microsoft-focused • Key responsibilities will include partnering with the EVP to develop and execute strategic and operational management initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor and extension of the EVP, collaborating with internal operations and delivery stakeholders, identifying areas for process improvement, managing and analyzing billability metrics, developing Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews, designing dashboards for metrics tracking, and providing updates to senior leadership

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in delivery operations management • Strong understanding of delivery operations, including resource management, billable hours tracking and forecasting and KPI management • Strong strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for the details • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong leadership, verbal/written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills • A strong collaborator with the ability to influence, promote teamwork and build relationships at all levels of the organization • Professional, credible presence and excellent executive-sponsor presentation skills • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or similar tools for dashboard creation is a plus • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Willingness to travel when required (minimal)
