Description
• Oversee Salesforce implementation and Salesforce configuration projects • Maintain, enhance & create workflows, and manage all aspects of security and configurations within the Salesforce environment • Lead your team through hands-on example, coaching & driving their professional development along the way • Facilitate workshops & lead stakeholder interviews, provide status updates, and lead meetings across the executive levels of client organizations • Proactively identify risks and issues, and provide mitigation strategies • Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
• 2 + years of Project Management, Process, Implementation, and SDLC experience • 2+ years in consulting / professional services, big firm experience preferred • 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience • Salesforce analytics experience configuring dashboards, reports, and other reporting elements • Experience with client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, meeting facilitation, and deliverable review/approval sessions • Experience with project planning, including tasks, budgeting, resource allocation, and balancing • Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration, or other related fields
