Description
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying and reporting variances to help maintain the company’s financial health. • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to the finance team and senior leadership. • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Operations, Sales, and Marketing to support business development and financial planning activities.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, financial analysis, or a related field. • Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. • Proficiency in financial modeling and the use of financial software and tools. • Experience in preparing financial reports and conducting variance analysis. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support financial and business initiatives.
