Description

• Support transaction activity as needed • Manage all aspects of construction project management, including aligning project with lease obligations, budgeting, scheduling, design, construction, and closeout. • Leads project team of contractors, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project success. • Review vendor contracts and monthly invoicing. • Develop and maintain project management plans and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing issues as they arise. • Develop, update and manage overall project budgets and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle. • Leads projects independently or works as part of internal project teams, based on scale. • Manage project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact. • Ensure effective communication with project team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure timely and accurate project updates. • Sets agendas and leads project meetings. • Tracks deliverables and oversees construction administration process. • Participate in business development and networking opportunities. • Develops and executes project proposals. • Supports projects across the Bay Area and other geographies as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field. • Minimum of 5+ Years of relevant project management experience within commercial real estate • Knowledge of design and construction processes, building codes, and regulations. • Experience building and managing project budgets and schedules. • Understanding of and proficiency in project management software and tools. • Self-directed with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
