• Advocate and coach for your team • Solve frontend challenges and get hands-on coding • Scale product success at a fast-paced start-up • Leverage leadership, technical expertise, and passion to multiply the overall output of the development team • Establish the team’s vision and see it through • Lead and manage a team of highly skilled frontend engineers • Collaborate on technical vision • Lead discussions and implementation of multiple complex projects • Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and systems • Recruit, interview, and develop interview questions • Foster a culture of excellence, velocity, and humility

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of frontend engineering experience • Minimum of 3 years of technical leadership experience • Proficiency in JavaScript and React • Track record of shipping high-quality products • Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment • Alignment with Ramp’s core values of enabling businesses to grow more by spending less
