• Lead and mentor the electrical engineering team in the design, implementation, and deployment of electronics behind wireless power systems • Work closely with hardware and software teams to test and verify product requirements • Explore new techniques and approaches to improve existing hardware through prototyping and investigating new technologies • Assist in defining electrical requirements and oversee engineering solutions to meet product needs • Support electrical teams with testing, debugging, and system integration • Facilitate electrical engineering recruitment, performance assessments, training, and career development
• 8+ years of PCB development for high reliability outdoor systems • 5+ years of experience leading and managing electrical engineering teams • Proficiency in developing hardware across multiple technologies such as power conversion, wireless interfaces, battery management, and networking • Ability to assess PCB quality and suitability for product integration • Understanding of engineering practices, metrics for success, and engineering gate release process • Strong understanding of safety, EMI, EMC compliance, and certification • Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
