• Develop and execute relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices • Build a strategic business development pipeline • Generate, nurture, and finalize investments from investors • Nurture and deepen investor relationships • Be the face of RealtyMogul in market area • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with other departments • Embody and enhance the culture of RealtyMogul by living our values
Requirements
• 5+ years proven track record of raising capital through an existing network of investors • Ability to operate independently and identify new business opportunities • Proven track record of building high-trust relationships • Excellent communication skills • Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63
