Description

• You’ll be a technical subject matter expert in a post-sales capacity, advising on architecture and providing creative solutions that establish solid foundations for long-term customer success. • Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing in-depth product guidance and tailored solutions to key stakeholders using Rebrandly's platform. • Cultivate strong relationships with key technical stakeholders, identifying and nurturing internal champions to drive successful implementations. • Collaborate closely with customers during implementation, translating business needs into robust technical solutions, documenting clear requirements, and ensuring seamless integration with their systems. • Partner effectively with Sales, Product Managers, and Engineers to inform product roadmaps, optimize integration processes, and drive project success. • Continuously improve integration experience through comprehensive documentation, well-designed APIs and SDKs, illustrative code samples, and practical reference implementations. • Leverage your deep product expertise to lead the technical aspects of complex sales processes, addressing customer concerns, demonstrating value, and ensuring a smooth transition to implementation. • Anticipate and resolve technical challenges potential customers encounter during product evaluations, showcasing the platform's reliability and capabilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience working as a software engineer and/or 5+ years experience in IT operations: systems administration, network engineering, DevOps, etc. • Solid communication, written, and presentation skills. • Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a focus on Node.js. • Experience building REST APIs; Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation (Terraform). • Experience administering cloud computing platforms; bonus points for AWS experience. • Expertise with Linux systems administration. • Experience with CMS platforms (both headless and traditional); You understand the value of balancing customer-centric thinking with technical know-how and can bridge the gap between business and technical experts. • A hunger for learning and staying abreast of the latest technologies. • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
