Description
• Act as Integrated Product Team Lead for complex mechanism systems • Interface with functional disciplines to drive program execution • Identify and decompose requirements, optimize verification events, and resolve risks across the entire life cycle of the mechanism system • Plan and coordinate resources, assign responsibilities, drive program execution, resolve technical issues, and identify corrective actions • Take on unscripted responsibilities to remove roadblocks for program execution • Balance the needs of all functional teams, identify gaps, future roadblocks, and balance priorities
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field • 5+ years of relevant experience • High judgment, technical depth, strong leadership, low ego, and strategic influence • Experience delivering on ambitious schedules • Proven experience in manufacturing, assembly, and testing of complex mechanical systems • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
