Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on sales and marketing roles • Proven track record of building high-performing Sales and Marketing teams • Deep understanding of sales and marketing metrics and KPIs • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders • A passion for identifying top talent and driving business growth
