Description
• As the strategic Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at Render, you will report to the VP of Finance and be responsible for building out the FP&A function from the ground up. • This high-visibility role offers extensive collaboration across the company and the opportunity to shape Render's financial strategy as we scale. • You will be a key partner to leadership in strategic decision-making and to all teams in establishing metrics, building investor narratives, managing financials, and modeling the impact of key initiatives.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, GTM Finance, Business Operations, investment banking, or related fields. • Strong financial modeling skills, including revenue modeling, cash flow forecasting, and 3-statement modeling. • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a strong understanding of corporate finance principles and IPO readiness. • Proven track record of collaborating across teams and influencing senior leadership on financial strategy. • Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail. • Energized by the opportunity to build something new and make a significant impact in a fast-paced startup environment. • Experience preparing a company for IPO is a significant plus. • Experience with Usage-based business models is a significant plus. • Experience recruiting, mentoring and developing emerging leaders.
