• Our Customer Service Representatives are courteous, knowledgeable and empathetic to the caller’s anxieties over pests in their homes and businesses. • They enjoy making a customer feel confident that their concerns will be handled promptly and professionally. • A successful Customer Service Representative is a motivated self-starter who can work independently with a focus on results in achieving company business goals.
• Two year diploma or equivalent in prior experience • One to Two years’ experience in a customer service or call center role • Have excellent listening and communication skills • Have a pleasant phone voice and ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone • Ability to multitask and remain calm while working under pressure in a fast paced environment • Self-manage daily tasks and workload • Show a high level of personal organizational skills • Balance customer demands with Service and Sales team requests • Must pass pre-employment background screen
