Description
• Lead the Site Reliability Engineering team • Scale a robust cloud infrastructure • Cultivate 'shift left' culture for platform reliability • Oversee On-Call and Incident Management processes • Manage and prioritize work through agile process • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members • Ensure high technical and product quality • Occasionally engage in hands-on work • Build collaborative working culture in remote-first environment
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience leading remote reliability, infrastructure, and/or software engineering teams • Strong background in delivering critical infrastructure • Expertise in modern public cloud infrastructure and distributed systems • Excellent planning and communication skills • Ability to drive team growth and promote team achievements • Passion for data-driven leadership and product decisions • Experience in implementing and coaching Agile development processes
