• 2+ years of experience leading remote reliability, infrastructure, and/or software engineering teams • Strong background in delivering critical infrastructure • Expertise in modern public cloud infrastructure and distributed systems • Excellent planning and communication skills • Ability to drive team growth and promote team achievements • Passion for data-driven leadership and product decisions • Experience in implementing and coaching Agile development processes
