Description

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of managers and implementation specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and professional growth. • Methodology Development: Refine and innovate implementation methodologies and best practices to optimize deployment processes and enhance client outcomes. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product management, and customer success teams to ensure that implementation strategies are aligned with broader business objectives. • Project Oversight: Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and maintenance of the highest quality standards. • Client Engagement: Serve as the escalation point for complex implementation challenges, working closely with clients and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal departments, to support project success and long-term client satisfaction. • Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze implementation metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, driving team performance and enhancing overall efficiency. • Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, accounting practices, and restaurant operations to provide expert guidance and support to clients and team members. • Training & Documentation: Contribute to the creation and refinement of training materials and documentation, ensuring that implementation processes are well-documented and easily accessible. • Pre-Sales Support: Participate in pre-sales activities as needed, offering implementation insights to bolster the sales process. • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations throughout the implementation lifecycle. • Product Feedback: Collaborate with the product development team, providing actionable feedback based on client needs and implementation experiences to drive product enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. • 8+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or consulting, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing teams and complex projects. • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and restaurant operations. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with restaurant management software, ERP systems, or cloud-based accounting solutions. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.

Benefits

• This position has a salary range of $124,000-$135,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
