Description
• Lead the development and execution of growth marketing strategies • Hire, lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing revenue generation team • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns • Drive lead generation and nurturing programs • Oversee the implementation and optimization of marketing technology stack • Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, product, and other stakeholders • Develop and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics • Effectively manage the demand generation budget
Requirements
• 12-15+ years of demand generation experience leading teams of teams within B2B SaaS / tech • Experienced in attaining - and often beating - KPI targets • Hands-on experience running ABX campaigns with demonstrated success penetrating key accounts at the enterprise level and by buyer persona, bonus points for 6sense experience • Strong skills using data, insights, and trends to understand customer behavior with a test-and-adjust mentality • Strong leader with excellent communication and people skills, and a player-coach mindset
