• Fast-paced Personal Injury Law firm seeking a full-time Demand Writer • Keen observer who enjoys substantiating narratives and achieving best settlements
Requirements
• Professional individual with a team-player mindset • Experience of reviewing files, medical records, writing demands, creating liability arguments, and explaining medical injuries • Must have knowledge of traumatic brain injury, reading medical and surgical records, explaining MRI findings, and explaining why and how a client’s unique circumstances impact their case • Excellent English grammar and writing skills; Spanish speaker is a plus • Ability to type 50 wpm • Must be organized with the ability to handle several tasks at once
