Description

• Work on building, maintaining, and scaling our event-driven architecture responsible for processing large volumes of medical documents monthly. • Design, build, and maintain a new internal web application using modern web technologies and best practices. • Design, build, and maintain a new backend API using modern technologies and best practices. • Work to extend and improve the existing backend architecture powering a multi-step natural language processing workflow. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives. • Contribute to the development of next-gen NLP architecture using a mix of machine-learning and classical NLP, with a focus on scale, performance, and security.

Requirements

• Extensive experience building scalable software from conception to production. • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Vue, Ember, or Angular, and JavaScript/Typescript. • Strong proficiency with writing backend software using Python and web API frameworks such as DRF, Flask, Starlette, or FastAPI. • Strong proficiency building intricate event-driven infrastructure using CloudFormation or Terraform on AWS. • Proficient with both SQL and NoSQL database systems. • Experience designing and building CI/CD workflows using Bitbucket Pipelines or similar technologies. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
