Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in an agile environment. • Develop comprehensive project plans, including sprint plans and release schedules, using Jira as the primary project management tool. • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively implementing mitigation strategies and tracking progress in Jira. • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and best practices within an agile framework. • Foster transparent communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues through Jira dashboards and reports. • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing agile environment. • Continuously evaluate and refine agile project management processes, identifying opportunities for improvement within the Jira framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the technology industry with a strong focus on agile methodologies. • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software development projects using Jira and agile principles. • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application in Jira. • Excellent technical acumen with a deep understanding of software development technologies and tools, including Jira and its integrations. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to foster collaboration in an agile environment. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to navigate complex project challenges. • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certifications are a plus. • Experience with Jira administration and configuration is highly desirable.
