Description

• Coordinating and implementing marketing projects • Collaboration with different departments and staff • Prepare materials such as proposals, presentations, brochures, reports • Write non-technical content for marketing materials • Participate in interview preparations • Analyze RFPs/RFQs and manage proposal schedules • Coordinate the production of proposals • Conduct market and client research • Assist in special projects/events • Manage and file resumes, project descriptions, and boilerplate information

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or equivalent experience • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in marketing, advertising, or related field • Experience in professional services industry is preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and desktop publishing programs • Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work effectively within a group • Creative thinker with a positive attitude
