• Manage preparation of environmental documents (CEQA/NEPA) • Conduct feasibility studies and ensure regulatory compliance • Lead projects from planning through implementation • Serve as primary client liaison and maintain strong relationships • Contribute to business development efforts and prepare proposals • Train and mentor junior staff in CEQA/NEPA processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or a related field • 8+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting, focusing on managing projects and client relationships within renewables or utilities sectors • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Expertise in managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables • Proficiency with digital project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) • Willingness to travel as needed for project-related work
