• Lead and own integration and test campaigns at various levels of spacecraft development • Define systems requirements, verification, and validation plans • Develop acceptance, qualification, and R&D test plans for spacecraft systems • Develop and maintain environmental test systems • Operate mechanical and electrical ground support equipment • Interface with ground test software • Lead investigations into anomalous vehicle behavior • Interface with hardware-in-the-loop test systems
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics, mechatronics, aerospace, or related field • Active TS/SCI clearance • Experience in test engineering or hands-on engineering • Experience with environmental testing • Proficiency in C, C++, Python, or MATLAB • Proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office products • Writing technical documentation • Master's or PhD (optional) • 4+ years of experience in aerospace industry (optional) • Understanding of satellite subsystems • Clean room and ESD-sensitive equipment experience • Hands-on electrical test equipment experience • Designing and implementing test systems • Familiarity with spacecraft harness design • RF testing and hardware-in-the-loop testing experience • Basic knowledge of networking • Experience with Linux systems • Ability to travel up to 25%, domestic and international
