• Manage the daily operations of projects, ensuring efficient execution of project activities and alignment with milestones. • Manage the holistic plan of email deployment timing and targets to ensure a balanced, distributed schedule. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear project requirements and act as a liaison with the client email operations team. • Develop SOW’s, project plans, timelines, and estimates, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies. • Maintain proactive communication, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues for informed decision-making. • Ensure timely completion of deliverables that meet quality standards and adhere to client guidelines, brand standards, and industry regulations. • Address challenges during campaign execution and monitor project financials, including budget and burn rates. • Continuously improve project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in email marketing and marketing automation specifically utilizing Sales Force Marketing Cloud • Experience managing projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing. • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Acute attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to interpret and apply email performance metrics effectively. • Hands-on knowledge of email marketing best practices.
