Description

Discipline creates freedom, The right way is the only way, and Stay humble, hungry, and aware • Physical Requirements: • Ability to sit at a desk for long periods of time • Ability to clearly communicate with customers and staff through verbal and written communications • Ability to type, hand write, use computers and answer phones daily • Provides support for assessor, analyst, and associate tasks • Provides support for PS team processes and artifacts • Tests, deploys, and manages security tools and services • Researches the latest information technology (IT) security trends • Operates security portals as needed • Researches new security tools • Creates routine cybersecurity status, monitoring reports

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical support, AV, patch management • Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity • CompTia A+, N+, SA+, GPEN, ECSA • Expert knowledge of Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Empathetic, enthusiastic and effective communicator with strong rapport-building skills • Ability to take ownership of the overall company strategic plan and implement across departments • High degree of flexibility with the ability to work in a small, fast-paced environment • Thorough and detail-oriented, organized, with excellent time management skills • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and evaluate current and new tools • Self-starter who can work independently with a proactive attitude
