Description
• Own the Revenue track from an IT perspective • Collaborate with stakeholders on O2C processes • Document business requirements for IT teams • Manage impact of Order to Cash and Revenue activities • Adapt to new technologies and communicate effectively • Oversee end-to-end program management • Work with cross-functional teams to identify scope • Manage and communicate with stakeholders outside normal hours • Proactively communicate system upgrades • Collaborate with vendors on new features • Conduct UAT sessions with users • Train IT and business users on functionalities • Resolve product issues with vendors
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Engineering • 10+ years in business systems and analytics • 8+ years in AR & Revenue operations • 5+ years in Revenue Mgmt tools • Extensive cross-functional knowledge in enterprise processes • Hands-on experience in SaaS solutions • Strong process knowledge • Multi-tasking prioritization expertise • Ability to communicate effectively • Experience with onsite/offshore model preferred • Quick adaptability to new technologies • Excellent communication skills • Good listener, motivated, organized • Detail-oriented with a big-picture view • Knowledge of compliance regulations a plus
