Description

• Rula is expanding mental healthcare delivery by standing up scalable in-person supply operations across the US. • The Supply Innovation pod focuses on integrating processes and systems into core operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy & operations roles with at least 4 years of experience in process and/or product improvement in a high growth organization, for example: tech, consulting, or other fast moving environments. • Demonstrated experience with standing up, optimizing, and scaling new processes and systems • Project management experience with complex cross-functional teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficient with analysis, particularly in Excel /Gsheets. SQL preferred
