• Join Our Engineering Team and Shape the Future of Healthcare Technology! • Rula's mission is to make mental healthcare work for everyone: patients, therapists, and healthcare systems. • As a member of Rula’s Provider Access team, you’ll focus on building delightful software solutions to help therapists onboard onto Rula's system, and get to helping patients as quickly and seamlessly as possible. • As a Senior Engineer, you will get to work across all of Rula's stack, both by contributing directly to our product and its development, as well as by driving meaningful technical conversations and solution-oriented decisions. • Our stack is currently a mixture of Node.js, Typescript, React, Next.js, and Ruby on Rails. We value candidates who have a keen eye for UI/UX design and accessibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience • Fullstack experience building modern database-backed (sql/no-sql) web applications • Previous production experience with React, Typescript, or Node.js • Experience working directly with product and design teams • Experience working on time-sensitive projects, balancing multiple stakeholder’s needs • Experience driving all phases of the development lifecycle: planning, specing, execution, and measuring success.
