• Day-to-day management of client and sales support inbox • Resolve customer complaints with a sense of urgency • Deliver and exceed expected revenue • Work cross-functionally with support teams • Acts as a client advocate and proactively partners with internal teams • Contribute to renewal, identification of expansion/enhancement opportunities • Develop/conduct educational promotion, and strategic presentations • Manages all service-related issues on assigned book of business • Ensures timely and accurate delivery of client communications • Demonstrates expertise in relevant solutions through contribution to client meetings
• 2+ years of experience working directly with clients • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google products • Ability to effectively navigate and drive results in a highly complex, matrix environment • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask • Public speaking experience, and strong presentation skills • Demonstrated ability to message, position, and present information for maximum customer impact • Solid negotiation, influencing, collaboration skills • Knowledge of the health insurance industry, products, and services • Project management-oriented organizational skills • Act as a collaborative worker and foster a positive work environment • Creative analytical and problem-solving skills • Willingness to travel occasionally
