• Own event session agenda across digital and in-person events • Create session schedule • Manage speaker selection and gender diversity ratios • Produce run-of-show • Coordinate speaker logistics • Lead tech rehearsals • Work with internal team and external partners • Participate in all aspects of event content production • Support creation of digital and print materials for promotion • Source speakers and content for global events • Build relationships with speakers and industry leaders • Conduct market research and trend analysis • Manage speaker communications calendar • Travel required for onsite event execution
• Strong, confident writer • Fearless communicator • Love building and maintaining relationships • Comfortable learning technology and passionate about SaaS • Strong administrative skills • Ability to multi-task, follow up, and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines • Self-starter with willingness to ask for help • 5-8+ years of content or event experience • 1-3 years of customer support/service experience a plus • Prior SaaS experience a must • Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo a plus
