Description
• Build innovative marketing analytics solutions and tools that help the marketing team deliver key insights to improve marketing performance, optimize campaigns, enhance segmentation, increase engagement, and determine the business impact of marketing initiatives • Gather, analyze, and transform data from many different sources • Proactively glean insights relative to key performance drivers • Develop, execute, and analyze proofs of concept through delivering a final product
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst • Understanding of and experience working with typical marketing data sets, such as Google Analytics, CRM data, email marketing data, and social media • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) • SQL or similar query language • Experience with statistical modeling • Experience with data visualization tools such as Domo or Power BI • Ability to organize, analyze, and share large amounts of data clearly and be able to communicate insights effectively • Ability to work independently and responsibly “own” projects • Track record of supplying analytics solutions for existing marketing teams, with the ability to take open-ended goals and scope them into defined and impactful objectives (and can speak to their successes)
