• Support risk identification framework implementation • Design and implement effective internal controls • Contribute to culture of risk awareness • Support Legislative Change Process • Conduct compliance deep dive claim reviews • Oversee formal complaint handling process • Oversee Adjuster Licensing program • Support Carrier Audit Process • Conduct ad hoc research into laws and regulations
Requirements
• 5+ years of prior claims experience • 5+ years compliance related work • 3+ years of operational risk management experience, preferably in insurance or financial services • Superior knowledge of property claims, business risk, and operational controls • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, risk management, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred
