Description

• Direct a team of IT professionals by setting objectives, determining metric criteria, analyzing data, establishing IT budgets and overseeing operations of server systems risks by ensuring that systems and processes are in place to safeguard sensitive information pursuant to applicable law and best practices. • Create and implement tools, metrics, policies and processes. • Streamline services and operations by assessing, understanding, and harmonizing technology resources and needs among all departments.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of recent experience directly managing and supporting individual Technical Program Managers in a cloud, modern IT organization • Minimum 15 years of hands-on technical project / program management experience within a Business Systems or SaaS environment implementing systems, software and integrations solutions • Strong business acumen and familiarity with a broad range of business processes, and has worked directly with Business System Analysts, Business Engagement Leads and Business Process Owners • Conversant with regulatory compliance requirements, such as SOC and GDPR
