Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited institution • 8+ years of professional experience in an Enterprise environment • 4+ years in a technical capacity, and 2+ years managing a technical team • Proven success in hiring, developing, and retaining diverse talent • Experience running scalable and consistent feedback loops • Ability to construct scalable engagement models • Experience building processes to measure team impact • Experience aggregating and conveying input from prospects • Experience collaborating with internal cross-functional teams • Success in managing relationships with external technology partners
