• Own 50+ renewal engagements per quarter from end-to-end • Exceed sales targets • Work cross-functionally, especially with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives, to strategically solve problems, upsell, and ensure a successful, smooth renewal • Proactively identify and contribute to material improvements in how the team functions • Contribute to an exceptional team environment that motivates the team to perform at its best • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices
• 2+ years of full cycle closing sales experience, ideally working with mid-sized businesses in a high transaction environment • A track record of consistent quota over-achievement • Comfort with a rapidly changing, high-growth environment • Empathy for customers and team members • Highly organized • Strong communication and presentation skills • Familiarity with Salesforce
