• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in demand generation marketing with a proven track record of success • In-depth understanding of the entire demand generation funnel and ability to optimize each stage • Stellar analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Knowledge of generative AI tools for marketers • Thrives in fast-paced environment and excels at project management, communication, and organization • Can work independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals • Has experience managing budgets and ensuring fiscal responsibility • Creative and innovative thinker with ability to generate new ideas and translate them into high-impact campaign strategies • Be flexible to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment, pivoting as needed to drive business results
