• Support the delivery of a high-quality learning experience at scale, contributing to a high graduation rate. • Work closely with a team to implement creative solutions that enhance learner engagement and improve graduation outcomes. • Focus on operational support, data analysis, community engagement, and program coordination. • Assist in maintaining dashboards that track key operational metrics, providing real-time insights. • Contribute to report generation by gathering data and conducting basic analysis. • Develop a strong understanding of the programs offered, including structure, content, and graduation requirements. • Provide support to learners by answering questions related to program details. • Maintain a strong focus on the learner's experience, ensuring all actions prioritize their needs. • Help create visually appealing slide decks for presentations, ensuring effective communication. • Respond promptly to internal and external requests to support clear communication.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Education, Training and Development, Systems Thinking, or a related field. • 1-2 years of professional experience in Data analysis • Previous experience with online learning environments is highly desirable. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. • Basic analytical and critical thinking skills, with a willingness to develop these further. Ability to support the synthesis of information for reporting and strategic decision-making. • Familiarity with presentation tools (e.g., Google Slides) and a willingness to learn how to create clear and visually appealing slide decks. • Exposure to project management and the ability to support strategic projects, assisting with coordination and meeting deadlines. • Basic research skills to gather and analyze data, supporting decision-making and strategic initiatives. • A focus on prioritizing learner needs and maintaining a customer-centric approach in all activities. • Willingness to contribute to program evaluation and suggest improvements under the supervision of senior team members. • Proficiency in basic office software such as Google Suite, with a willingness to learn more about learning management systems (LMS), event management tools, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Slack, Zoom, Miro). • Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques, with a desire to learn how to create impactful reports and dashboards. • Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain positive relationships with learners, team members, and stakeholders. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the achievement of common goals. • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with guidance from senior team members and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. • Strong interest in being data-driven and learning how to make decisions based on data analysis. • Some experience or interest in working with data sets and learning about data management. • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn how to independently solve problems and contribute to team success.
