• Ensure the development and delivery of youth prevention education services including curriculum development; supervision of community education advocates; and mentoring of youth empowerment groups. • Create and implement training and educational opportunities for the community that promote SAVE’s mission. • Recruit and manage volunteers to support SAVE’s services.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study (social work, psychology, women’s studies) from an accredited educational institution is preferred. • Experience in development and/or experience providing services within a non-profit organization will also be given consideration. • Deep understanding of trauma-informed care and intersecting issues within IPV. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Excellent organizational and time management skills; proven skill in tracking tasks. • Experience in volunteer management. • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher. • Proficiency with social media platforms.
