Description

•Project planning and management includes defining the scope, creating plans to deliver the scope, resource allocation and risk management. •Cross functional collaboration includes working closely with cross functional teams to ensure project goals are met, regularly communication with stakeholders and facilitating cross team issue resolution. •Delivery execution includes tracking progress, managing dependencies and issue resolution. •Metrics and reporting include clear dashboards for senior management consumption and data analysis and adjustments. •Stakeholder management includes setting clear expectations and meeting them. Clear and consistent updates to inform stakeholders. Developing trusting and collaborative relationships.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. •5 years of experience in identity and access management with a focus on Federal compliance. •5 years of experience in project management. •Experience managing cross functional teams. •In-depth knowledge of Federal regulations such as FedRAMP Medium and FedRAMP High. •Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams. •Time management and prioritization skills. •Negotiation and conflict resolutions skills. •Metrics and data driven skills. •Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner. •Experience working on Saviynt EIC.
