Description
• Responsible for the Accounting organization’s financial reporting requirement • Oversee the international accounting function responsible for accurate and timely completion of period end close
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or MBA preferred. • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role • Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP, Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization • Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results • Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with other financial systems. • Experience in SAP, FloQast, Workiva, Carta, or similar ERP/process system preferred • Prior auditing experience preferred • Prior experience with consolidation, including international entities dealing with FX preferred • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, sales operation, legal, HR, payroll, accounting and finance
