Description
• Assist in monthly revenue and commissions accounting close activities including journal entry preparation and key account reconciliations • Ensure the company is compliant with revenue recognition principles under ASC 606 • Review standard and non-standard contracts to determine the appropriate revenue recognition under U.S. GAAP • Collaborate within Revenue Operations and Finance on revenue metrics, flux analysis, forecast, and projections • Identify and implement process improvements. We strive to maintain pace with our growth and keep an eye on scalability in everything we do • Preparation of revenue related schedules for external auditors • Own the order to cash cycle, which includes the company’s accounts receivable and customer invoicing process
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA a must • 3+ years of accounting experience; public accounting a must • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and highly analytical • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities within deadlines • Excellent problem solving skills and high level of attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel • US citizenship is a requirement due to US government security clearance processing
