• Project start-up: complete new project updates in Procore system • Schedule calls and meetings with internal and external project team members • Assists with buyout process • Review, process, and distribute submittals via Procore • Create and distribute weekly reports as requested by Project Manager • Process and maintain RFIs in Procore or similar system • Prepare, process, and distribute subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and change orders • Assists in preparation of closeout package process
• 2+ years of professional experience, preferably within Construction • Excellent MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills required • Procore and Timberline/Sage experience preferred • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage their time well on tight deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High level of professionalism • Team-player and collaborative ability to build relationships well across the organization and team
