• Align HR strategies and practices with overall business objectives • Support execution of initiatives across performance management, coaching, employee relations, etc. • Leverage deep understanding of the business strategy to provide expert insight

Requirements

• 8-10 years of relevant HR Generalist/Business Partner experience in a fast-paced, agile environment • Think like a consultant, communicate like a coach • Exceptional at developing effective relationships • Tenacious and refuse to stop at anything less than exceptional • Ability to be both strategic and tactical • Act without being told what to do • Confidently handle tough conversations • Skilled communicator – pen and voice • Strong knowledge of Employment law and practices • Enjoy fast-paced growth and change • Bachelor’s degree; additional HR related certifications or degrees a plus • Familiar with various HR systems and experience in a Mac environment using G-Suite
