Description

• As the Founding Go-To-Market Data Analyst at Scribe, you’ll drive data-driven decisions across Finance, Sales, and GTM teams. • Reporting to the Head of Data, you’ll focus on using predictive analytics to enhance the customer lifecycle, improving retention and optimizing metrics like CAC and LTV. • Beyond building datasets and dashboards, your insights will shape our customer journey and drive the next phase of Scribe’s growth. This role is perfect for a data expert eager to establish a top-tier analytics function in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Requirements

• You have 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science, with a strong focus on business impact. • You’re an SQL expert, skilled at crafting complex, scalable queries to uncover insights. • You excel in data visualization, turning data into clear, actionable insights. • You’re experienced in sales, revenue, and marketing analytics, especially in B2B SaaS. • You understand product-led growth (PLG) and how to apply it in analytics. • You’re adept at analyzing sales funnels and pipelines, improving conversion rates, and identifying bottlenecks. • You’re experienced in CAC, LTV, and customer retention strategies. • You’re a clear communicator who can translate data into business value. • You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple projects with ease.
