Description

• Partner with the Chief Transformation Officer and other senior leaders to define business priorities, execute initiatives, and foster alignment • Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with Google, cascading these connections throughout the organization • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute a Google Partner Marketing plan, maximizing marketing funds and opportunities • Analyze and provide recommendations to support effective decision making around business unit strategy, business development priorities, and internal priorities • Own and manage key operational processes including facilitating meetings or onsites and documenting notes and action items to ensure clear communication and follow up • Establish trust with key Google stakeholders that turn into strategic relationships • Help enhance and mature newly established Google-related processes (communication, funding, governance, etc.) • Implement clear standards for submitting marketing plans, funding plans and track processes, such as consumption

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a strategic role, demonstrating the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable plans • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership • A strong orientation towards outcomes, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple work-streams in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills– able to synthesize complex details into accessible and precise insights • Qualified candidates must be located in the Bay Area with close proximity to Google HQ
