Description

• Analyze data to shed light on key business questions and present on findings • Act as the primary point of contact between finance and IT teams, fostering effective communication and alignment on system upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting efforts. • Think creatively to find optimal solutions to our complex, often unstructured problems • Identify weaknesses in processes, data, and systems, and drive improvements • Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track ARR, NRR, pipeline performance, sales stages, and conversion rates. • Perform thorough data analysis to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability. • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as needed. • Create and update interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau. • Gather and integrate sales pipeline data from CRM systems and other relevant sources. • Recommend and adopt best practices for data management and analysis. • Work with a wide range of finance and technical stakeholders to identify use cases and gather requirements for analysis, reporting, and automation • Build and maintain user friendly documentation for data models, metrics, and reporting • Build and refine predictive models to forecast sales performance and identify market trends • Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to develop predictive analytics that support strategic decision-making • Leverage AI and machine learning tools to enhance sales analytics capabilities • Develop AI-driven insights to identify sales opportunities, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance customer segmentation • Stay current with AI and machine learning advancements to apply best practices and innovative approaches to sales analytics

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required, preferably in Engineering, Information Systems, or Finance etc. • 4+ years of Finance, Business Intelligence, Sales Ops or Marketing experience with an emphasis on data modeling and analysis • Experience using SQL to perform analysis, standardize queries, and build large-scale relational datasets • Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining Tableau dashboards • Ability to communicate in an effective and efficient manner with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment • A passion for taking ownership and introducing structure and simplicity when faced with vague, complex problems • Extremely detail-oriented • Enterprise SaaS experience preferred • Experience with key business systems (e.g. Salesforce, Tableau) required
