• Supervise Workflow: Oversee the workflow of legal and non-legal team members, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and excellence in service delivery. • Department Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the intake, pre-litigation, and litigation departments, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) and firm goals. • Efficiency Enhancement: Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline legal operations, identifying and implementing technology solutions for improved efficiency. • Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, overseeing financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. • Human Resources: Manage HR activities, from recruitment, onboarding, training to performance evaluations, fostering a positive work environment, and developing close relationships with clients and internal teams. • Strategic Growth: Work directly with the CEO on strategic growth planning, presenting solutions, managing initiatives, and ensuring the firm hits desired profit margins. • Financial Management: Oversee financial goals, manage case settlements, and ensure consistent cash flow, with a focus on achieving and exceeding profit margins. • Initiative Implementation: Implement firm-wide initiatives, manage and implement projects, and contribute to the overall vision and growth of the firm.
• Proven experience in legal operations management or related field • Experience in growing and scaling plaintiff's personal injury firms or contingency fee based business models • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. • Expertise in budgeting, financial management, and human resources. • Ability to implement efficient processes and identify technology solutions. • Client-centric mindset with a commitment to achieving exceptional results and world class client experience • Familiarity with personal injury law and scaling personal injury businesses a plus. • Strong knowledge of legal operations, technology and process improvement, preferably in the personal injury space • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements • Experience with legal technology and software • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Legal Studies or related field • Experience with working with Case Peer as CRM or other industry wide case management software
