Description
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls • Provide accurate information and customer service via phone/email • Update calendars and schedule meetings • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships • Reach out to leads through cold calling • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative, Sales Team, Receptionist, Intake Specialist, Front Office Representative or similar role • Professional attitude and appearance • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise • Excellent organizational skills • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks • Customer service attitude • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
