Description

• Responsible for enterprise-wide business analysis of web applications • Work closely with multiple stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and development teams • Document business requirements for system enhancements, modifications, and new business initiatives • Participate in functional and systems integration unit testing • Assist customers with testing • Present training to customers • Provide implementation and maintenance support • Make suggestions for system and process improvements • Keep Project Manager informed of key issues • Facilitate project conference calls and meetings • Utilize various project management applications and MS Office tools

Requirements

• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (7 Years required) • Knowledge of quality assurance techniques and change management procedures (7 Years required) • Skill in project planning, requirements gathering, business analysis, business process mapping, and procedural writing (7 Years required) • Problem-solving, active listening, negotiation, conflict resolution, written and oral communication skills (7 Years required) • Organization, time management, and presentation skills (7 Years required) • Ability to manage multiple activities concurrently with limited supervision (7 Years required) • Knowledge of business process engineering methods (7 Years required) • Experience with multiple project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile (7 Years required) • Ability to blend methodologies to fit project and business environment (7 Years required) • Operating effectively in a changing environment with multiple priorities (7 Years required) • Strong attention to detail and follow-through (7 Years required) • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (7 Years required) • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills (7 Years required) • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science (Required) • Experience with Healthcare Information Systems (5 Years desired) • Experience with RFPs, creation, coordination, and review (5 Years desired) • Experience with the Commonwealth of Virginia Information Security Standard, SEC 501 (2 Years desired)
